No Bake Superfood Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Goji Berries
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate
  • ¾ cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
  • ¼ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Chia Seeds
  • ¾ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Almond Butter (mine is very liquidy)
  • ¼ cup Pure Organic Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add listed top 5 ingredients in a bowl, mix together.
  2. Add almond butter and maple syrup. Mix and fold together until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture into your hands. Roll and press into bites. Optionally, press Goji berries on top of the bites.
